First timer here. The concept is really cool but it’s rather distracting having people walk around constantly and talking to guests to take their order. I could have looked past that except for what happened when it came time to pay the bill. Our bill was incorrect and contained the beer order for the guest next to us. When we called this to the attention of our server, she walked away and came back and told us the best solution was to work it out amongst ourselves, that maybe we could ask the guy next to us to pay us back for his beer. This left us in a very uncomfortable spot-we asked her, “how do we know what form of payment he has?” He interrupted and said “here, I have the money.” Wouldn’t have made a big deal out of it but the guy was trying to get away with someone else paying his tab. All he ordered was a beer and the server went down the line giving us all our tabs. Why wouldn’t he have said something and tried to make it right? He heard us ask the server about it and still didn’t admit it or try making it correct. Normally I would have let it go, but I thought the whole situation was awkward, uncomfortable, and unnecessary. Why couldn’t the server simply have removed the charge for his drink from our card and refunded us the money? Also, my friend ordered chicken on her poke bowl (and paid $3 extra for it) and it never came. After dealing with the first issue on the bill, this seemed like way too much of a hassle to try and have them correct. Was the server going to give me $3 of her tip money? I don’t think so. We won’t be back.

Huge menu. What DONT they have? Wish they had photos of the food online. Recommend to just buy your tickets online so you can choose a good seat. Seats sell out pretty fast. Great service besides asking for no tomato on my burger and it still had a tomato. I like how when it’s your first time they are very friendly with walking you through how things work. Can't wait to go back!

Poor service. My wife and I just recently saw The Last Jedi there. With that visit, it marks four times that we have seen movies at this location. And I can say that ALL four times we have received poor service. ALL four times our food and beverages arrived after an hour into the movie after repeated requests. ALL four times my drink order was forgotten and had to request a refund. For a movie theater that is as unique as this one I am expecting the service to be much better than what has been shown to us. If you want to just see a movie then by all means come to Roadhouse. Though if you are looking to see a movie with great food, drink, and service I suggest you look elsewhere.

Roadhouse, its amazing. Yes you have to reserve seats in advance or hope for the accessibility seats in the back and yes popular movies have this theater booked to capacity. But You can get your dinner- as in actual dinner and a movie in a single place. You can have a cocktail as you watch the avengers on screen and munch on burgers during a boring romance that you were dragged to. The luxury recliners make you not want to leave and the jalapeno popcorn is perfect when you want lighter fare. On the way out grab a slice of cheesecake and your good to go.

This place rocks...that is all.  The food is awesome.  The drinks are awesome.  The seats are awesome.  The people are awesome.  I'm happy they exist :-)
