Diamonds by Design is a full-service jewelry corporation specializing in custom design. About 75 percent of Diamonds by Design sales are customized pieces centered on weddings and anniversaries.

Story

Marcia and Dan Brenner opened the first Diamonds by Design store in Topeka, KS, in September 2000 and currently have one other store location in Holton, Kansas. Marcia, who has over 25 years experience in retail fine jewelry sales, was one of the top 50 store managers for a national jewelry company. She has the ability to take the customers idea from paper to reality. She has a personal desire to bring an elegant and relaxed atmosphere to each customer in which to make important purchasing decisions striving to keep within the needs of the individual budget. Diamonds by Design has a full-time custom design jeweler in-house and offers full-scale jewelry repair service.

I have been working with the Diamonds by Design team for several months and finally purchased an engagement ring. I was shopping all of the local Jewelers because what I was looking for was very hard to find. Marcia ended up designing a custom ring for me and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and knowledge I received. Everyone that works there is pleasant and patient. They make you feel right at home and never once tried to pressure me into making a decision even though I had spent hours looking at different rings and diamonds. Not only was I able to get exactly what my soon to be Fiance wanted but their prices are very competitive even when comparing them to Online Retailers and Wholesale Diamond websites. Don't buy a ring until you have talked to Marcia!

The people here where able to custom make my ring for half the price of the mall, and it is absolutely beautiful. They where very helpful and easy to work with and got my ring done fast, and when It got dirty they took my ring apart, cleaned it and put it back together for free... Very easy to work with and upfront about prices and will get you a great ring in any price range. Deff check them out!

I had originally ordered my wedding ring from gordons jewerly in the topeka mall, needless to say when I went to pick it up I was told they forgot to order it and there was nothing they could do about it. Diamonds by designed helped me design a comparable but more beatiful ring for less the price and had it done and ready for me, Its still beautiful and Im so glad they took all the time they did to help me get my perfect ring ... Unlike gordons who told me there was nothing they could do other then wait 6 weeks for my ring to show up (my wedding was in a week) Thank you diamond by design for a beautiful ring and wonderful experience -egypt

Be very very careful dealing here. They sold me a diamond that was supposed to be G-H color and I ended up with an L - a putrid yellow-green color. When I went back and pointed out the mistake, they were very anxious to fix it and make me happy - which was good. Just make sure you get some kind of documentation of the quality of the diamond you buy.
