I went to the appliance department with a broken spray arm from my dishwasher. Without looking anything up, without asking another associate for help, the young man waiting on me said they would not call a technician for something so minor and suggested I look it up on YouTube.

This would be no stars if only it would let me post without. Horrible customer service. Dead heat of summer a.c. goes out it takes a month to get it looked at. Have to order parts, make an appointment a month later to install parts. Now appointment day has arrived and the supervisor won't send the helper with the tech because the wrong parts were ordered. BUT the right parts are sitting at the house and can't be installed because the helper isn't there. Now they are telling us it will be September before it can be fixed. Do not buy any service agreements with sears. They will take your money and make you wait months for any customer service. I won't be purchasing anything from sears for a long time.
