DiBella's is my new go to when ordering catering for the office!  From order to delivery, the process was seamless, and everyone I interacted with was SO kind!  The quality of the food was top notch too!  Definitely looking forward to placing another order soon.

We was there for light up night and typically, DiBella's subs are great! Love their food! That particular night however, they had a half a dozen employees behind the counter... busy, but not overly busy they're socializing & phone use pretty much confirms that but absolute worst customer service! No one was polite... and the orders were not fulfilled to typical DiBella standards. The one employee dropped a huge amount of meat out of a sandwich as he was taking it toward the grill, and never replaced it. The crazy part was, for the 15 minutes we waited for our order, not one employee pick the meat up off the floor...lol We finally got 2/3 of our order, and we waited an additional 10+ minutes to receive a small ham and cheese sandwich for our son. As we sat to eat... probably some of the worst subs we ever had at DiBella's, an employee came out from behind the counter wearing fuzzy slippers...lol The crazy stuff you see these days...lol Needless to say, we will never revisit this location.

I was craving a good deli sub the other day and I stumble across this little gem! When I say this is the best sub I’ve ever had I mean it! The bread was so tasty and all the ingredients put into my sub were refreshing and mouthwatering... btw try the famous dressing they offer it is superb!! The staff that works here must be very talented and know what they are doing. Hats off to the entire team making this my new favorite sub shop :

When ordering you must take a ticket. This is your order number. When I received the receipt there  was a number on top. This is not your order number. Lol. The sub in the pic is an Uncle Louie. My name sake was delicious.

OMG!!! The grilled uncle louie sub is out of this world! If you're a meat-eater and you haven't had this sandwich before then do yourself a favor and eat it today! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The veggie sub is good too if you're a vegetarian!  Absolutely love this place in case you didn't notice.

Awesome place, very nice area in the city. Food was great! Staff were super nice and were obviously very into their job. Very happy moods. Customer service was awesome, when they ran out of a bread, they asked us nicely what other type of bread we wanted.

Best subs in the world. Always have the best meats and fresh bread and always made the same way. The only problem I have is I order 3 of the same subs with different condiments in them and none of the bags are labeled so we have to open them all out to figure out who has what but and sometimes that's a little tough to do.

Super friendly staff to put up with me.  Delicious!  Would go back in a minute if I wasn't stuffed.

Best subs in town..Location of Market Square..My favorite sub are Uncle Louie with sauteed onion,lettuce,tomato& pepper jack cheese..Topped with mayo& Italian dressing..I like my sub grilled...So delicious!!

I walked down for lunch having never been here and in the mood for a cold sub. Despite the busy lunch rush, DiBella's is extremely efficient in getting people up to the counter and getting their orders done. It took me about nine minutes to get there from work and seven minutes despite it being busy! to get my food. They basically have several people working the counter and as they finish an order they call the next person in line over. The line moves and they get your sandwich made quickly. I made my own sub. I got genoa salami, spicy ham, shredded lettuce and provolone cheese on sesame bread and it was excellent. The bread is to-die-for good and fresh tasting, the spicy ham has a nice kick to it but isn't so spice that there's no flavor, the rest of the ingredients were all very fresh. The one issue I had was they forgot to give me dressing that I asked for on the side but with the lunch crowd it was noisy and I can mumble at times so I'm not upset or blaming them, they made a really good sandwich, dressing or no!
