I was in there today for a Turkey and provolone sandwich with fries and drink. I loved all of it it was really good food, was clean, all of the workers were kind. I had a great experience and will definitely come back another dayRecommended dishesFresh-Cut Fries

Awesome place downtown! The whole staff was cleaning and very friendly. The fries were so fresh and my sandwich was super fresh and hot. Big thanks to Andre, he was very personable and even checked to make sure I enjoyed my sandwich.

Terrible dining experience at the downtown location on LibertyAve. I went to purchase a meal on 1-24-23. A Young African American girl took an extreme amount of time giving me my food and almost had me late for work. When I brought the matter up with the Manager, he defended her rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional behavior. I asked for a refund for the meal I had purchased and never received. The manager never even considered what I was trying to explain in regard to the terrible service, instead, he blamed the African American girls behavior on other workers not coming in. I am an African American man, and I work in a Steelworker. I was deeply offended by what occurred at that Penn Station location on Liberty Avenue, and I will never purchase another meal again there. Check the cameras. I was wearing a Steeler winter hat, and I have dredlocks. This happened around 1:00pm 1-24-23.

Fries are still good and salty. Had the chicken teriyaki medium sized it. The chicken was very flavorful.Food: 5/5

I live right around the corner from this place. My parents came up for new year's and decided to go here for dinner. O. M. G. This place is amazing! They use real potatoes  for the fries  that they make and their wraps are amazing. I had the chicken caesar wrap. It was DELISH!!!!

I love Penn Station on Liberty Ave..  They have the best bread. Even when it’s toasted it’s still soft and that’s what I love about itThe Staff here are the greatest! They make you feel welcomed!! If their any problems they are more then happy to fix it for you.  I highly recommend to others to stop by and give their food a try.

Fast service. Food was good. Got a pizza sub and chicken ceaser wrap.

Staff were friendly, food was delicious, store was reasonably clean. Store was a bit understaffed, took a minute to get my order in and pay and only one other person was in the store.

Good subs & fries. Fresh & hearty. Ordered the Classic Italian & the Dagwood wrap. Happy with the order. Fries were great too.
