This sprint storeLost a preordered phone and refused to help replace the phone untill they could locate rhe phone that was lost. Still a month later and I still can't upgrade my phone. NO resolve. Will not use this store. Their is no accountability.

Don't go with sprint. I tried them 9 years ago and didn't like the service. I recently tried it again thinking they got there stuff together, but to my surprise the service sucks and it's expensive.  I went with Verizon,  and returned my devices back to sprint. There 14 day money back guarantee its bull crap. Sprint will do all they can to take your money. And the people that work at the Clinton and Layton stores don't care about there costumers, I tried many many time to reach out to them and all they do is lead you on and make you think they are fixing your problem.  If you truly like sprint go to the riverdale store. The manager is very respectful and Honest and do what he can to make things right.

My experience at sprint with Miguel was great/awesome. He provided me with all the information that I needed to know about my account. Service greatly appreciated. Job well done!!

Got new service with sprint today with help from Miguel. He was wonderful and very helpful, kind and patient. 5 stars across the board. This is now the only sprint store I'll go to and I'll be sure to always ask for Miguel.
