I had a very positive experience at the Cedar Hill location. I was in the market for a new set of golf clubs and I wasn’t sure how to go about it. The associate who helped actually worked for another company fitting clients for golf clubs. I’m 6’ 2” and really needed help getting the right clubs that fit my swing. The gentlemen who helped me was super knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect set of clubs. It was much more reasonable cost wise than I thought it would be. I have used the clubs since and have been thrilled with the results. If your in the market for new golf clubs then this is the place to go. Thank you for your help and expertise!

Had to telephone the store from the shoe department to get them to provide a sales associate to assist me with boots. The associate that finally came knew nothing about the shoes. The only time I haven't had service issues here was when all I needed was gift cards. Remarkably poor service at this location.

I looked online for a boot sale that Dick's had and the Cedar Hill location was the closest store with boots in stock. I drove 20 miles the same day only to find out that they had sold out weeks before. Either the website is not updated in a timely manner or associates are reserving the items on sale.

Don't buy anything from dicks in ceder hill the manager Jaclyn Garda will treat you like trash and will not speak to you on the phone she makes the poor hourly associate deal with the customers. We bought a stationary bike that did not work had our receipt she said call the manufacturer which we did swimm said return the bike back to dicks for a new one but Jaclyn will not stand behind what she sales We had to return the bike in Arlington thanks to dicks in Arlington for doing right thing

Customer service is horrible. Employees seem tired, lazy and unwilling to assist. I will drive 30 minutes to a different location.
