I give 1 star rating as a result of combination: customer service (the blue shirt lady = 5 star; the shop = -1 (negative 1 star); tech guy AND the manager = - 3 star (negative 2 star).

Never again I will shop at this location. I bought a new monitor online and pickup it at this location. The monitor i received was broken and was returned for an exchange. At the store, after getting a new monitor, I had to wait extra more than 15 min just to get an manager to override to sign off the paper. 
Also, since I did not want to make another potential trip to this shop, I asked the tech (the white shirt guy) to turn on the new monitor to make sure it worked. The tech refused to help, and pretended not understanding. I then just asked for power-outlet location, and plugged in the monitor by myself.

I brought in a '99 Tahoe that had a badly damaged dash & wiring harness due to having the radio stolen from it for a new replacement stereo install. I was expecting this to be an all day long affair,and was expecting additional charges due to the cut & mangled wiring.(I did bring it to them with the inst. cluster removed for this reason?) They had it going in about 90 minutes,and did a great job,and there was no extra charge,in fact they knocked off a little $$ because I'd pulled the cluster/front of the dash for them before I came. Excellent service,and excellent price.

The geek squad was great.  But needed to return a lap top  After spending over 500 dollars on a lap top that broke after 34 days... 4 days past time.... The a hole manager just stood there and said nope,can't do it. Mail it back.  Not even I'm sorry this happen. So there fore best buy cedar hill.... Your manager on duty on 7/24 at 2pm. Sucks!  Your whole place sucks!  Never again will I spend money there.  Wal mart would have been better.
