Salesperson looked me suspiciously. He didn't greet me politely with a smile. He asked what am I looking for so I told him. He guided me to the item and said if I need more help to ask him. Then he walked away. So I felt that he wasn't very attentive to my needs. I left and went to Wal-Mart and was treated like a valuable customer. They showed me what I looking for and explained different uses and features. That was good customer service.

Large organized store with plenty of sporting goods to keep all enthusiasts happy. In the back  look closely for an archery range. One of the best features of the store along with a must have golf range area to strike at a golf ball with a new club. Not a single member of the staff greeted me or offered to assist me and I was looking at $250.00 cold weather jackets. They were high on a hook I would need a ladder to take one down to try on. Left with out purchasing my jacket.

Simply put, this store is awful. I thought this was supposed to be a "Mega" store? Selection is terrible. I passed several employees and not one acknowledged me. Many items had no prices displayed. The lighting is bizarre and makes you feel uncomfortable. Actually tried to buy a basketball for my kid and stood in a line of about ten people for 15 minutes. The line never moved.  The sports Authority that was there before was so much better.  I will not be back...

Just want to thank ur store for taking the lead on our nations gun control.  Am so proud of u for taking a positive stand.  Have never shopped in ur store but I will now.

This was my first visit to Dick's Sporting Goods.  Not only was it a whole lot bigger than I expected, I was pleasantly surprised by the extent of their inventory.  They seemed to stock several items that I haven't really seen at other stores which carry the same brands.  Sale prices before Christmas were excellent...  I can definitely recommend a visit.
