Decent food if you’re seeking a healthier option. The meats are not that great, I would stay away from the steak and go for chicken. Portion size is fair when you take into account its a healthier bowl option, you don’t want to be stuffed after you eat and the area/price you’re getting it for. Barely any seasoning or flavoring on it so grab your favorite sauce because you may need it. Best part of all is that the app is reliable and you get your food in 10 mins regardless if its during peak times. For that reason I would still have it because its convenient compared to the other options around.

Bowls. Healthy ones too, and at a reasonable price ($14 for one with salmon as protein. Not Bad). Two minor complaints: food relies a little too much on salt as a flavor enhancer and the sweet potatoes were unfortunately somewhat undercooked. On the whole the meal would benefit from some additional sauces/dressings but that's just a personal preference. Service is reasonably quick, efficient and friendly despite the complex ordering system. What truly makes this place great, though: location location LOCATION. Couldn't ask for better views, especially if the weather's nice.

When you work in FiDi, you're surrounded by some of the best lunch options the city has to offer, but Dig Inn beats them all. I've been grabbing lunch from this location for over a year, and the quality of the food is amazing. The ingredients are fresh, the preparation is flawless, and the moral compass of the chain is strong--the idea that healthy farm-to-table eating should be easy and accessible for everyone. The customer service at this location in particular is what truly keeps me coming back. Despite the length of the line during lunch hours, the crew at Dig Inn finds time to make the experience personal. Today I commented to the cashier that the Chimichurri sauce had changed and she glowed as she confirmed that it had. She then mentioned it to her colleague who came over and excitedly discussed the difference in ingredients. The whole conversation took about 2 minutes, which is a meaningful amount of time to dedicate to a customer during lunch rush hour, but it felt like a bespoke, boutique experience. The crew is also incredibly skilled at building relationships with their guests. They routinely greet repeat guests by name, with a smile, and offer to prepare your regular order. Lashandra and Tiffany, who usually work the food line, and Shaquana, who works the register, are some of my favorites. They always brighten my day and I see how they put a smile on the face of so many.

The food is pretty good; however, the price point is on the high side for a lunch.

Used to come here a lot as an intern and it was great. Went for the first time since I started work and quality has drastically dropped. The food portions were halved, potatoes weren't cooked properly, and the broccoli was cold. Sad!
