I am surprised at all the terrible reviews, even though it was so busy the staff was great. I was greeted when I came in by Veronica who was very pleasant, professional and friendly, Katie the nurse who was efficient and even though the Doctor ( I forgot his name) was in and out I felt taken care. I will be back, hopefully when it’s not so busy.

This place is a rip off! Took daughter there for a bad flu she had and was in there only about 30-45 mins. We have now been billed over $2800. All they did was take 2 X-rays and gave her gatorade and told us to take her home. Will never go back to this place and I'm telling everyone to stay away!!

Just called and spoke to schedule a call ahead. The person told me “hats not somethibbwe can deal with here, THanks good -bye” wow thanks for the customer service!

Moved to the area last month. First time here and took our 11 month old in this morning, 8:30 am on 10/28/17. We interacted with 4 staff members during our visit. Every single one of them was very nice and friendly, starting with the woman at the front desk. The Registered Nurse (RN) was nice, Dr. Sidhu was tremendous, and the staff member who gave us the discharge paperwork was also nice. What I really liked is that every staff member that interacted with us (the parents) also interacted with our baby boy. We've been to Pediatric clinics where staff would barely look at our boy or even Pediatricians examining him wouldn't even say much to him to greet/calm him. Keep in mind that this is an urgent care, not a Pediatric clinic, yet everyone acknowledged/interacted with him. The RN (Mary I think) that first saw him talked to him sweetly and was very nice with him. Dr. Sindu interacted with our boy so well from the moment she greeted him and had him smiling like crazy before even examining him! She was so sweet to him and got him comfortable first. She was amazing. She did not order any unnecessary labs or procedures for his 48 hr fever after his exam resulted normal. I liked that. I'm an RN, so I understand. :) So we continued monitoring him for the rest of the day, gave Tylenol as we were already doing when needed, and continued with cooling measures. It's now 9 pm, he's been asleep for a couple of hours, and has broken his fever! He's much better now. I guess he just wanted to meet the great staff lol. Now we know where to go in the future. Thank you so much everyone for being so wonderful. You're definitely displaying human kindness. :)

This place is sooooo slow and worse customer service ever! They said it’s a walk in facility but then suggest to make an appointment, you had to wait for almost three hours just to get a antibiotics, I should had just gone to minute clinic. I don’t recommend this place at all...unfriendly staff and rude
