Went this morning to try and get a perfume for my wife at one of the cosmetic counters and had the pleasure of meeting Michaela . I asked her for the perfume only to be informed that they were out 😔 (beautiful sheer) . So I went on my way . Well a couple minutes later she chased me down to inform me that she had found a bottle 😁😄🤗. Now that's sales and service at its finest 👍👍. She saved Christmas. Thanks again Michaela.

Would give a 1 Star, but in Melbourne, FL, Dillards is superior to Macy’s. Melbourne Dillards Woman Store has too many full priced clothes, which have been clearly WORN and RETURNED. (At least, remove the wrinkles & deodorant stains - if not, mark the items down!) When paying premium price for NEW apparel, customers do NOT want “slightly worn & dirty” items. Over the years, this Dillards has gone downhill. They use to offer “personal shopper associates” to assist with latest styles and sizing. Currently, several sales associates are unwilling to help and give firm impression that you are bothering them. The store manager may want to step up their game!

Daughter picked out a formal dress and the woman said it was going on sale in a few days to a week and that she would put a tag with my info on it and call me when it goes on sale. So today over a week later with no call I call them and the lady told me they only hold clothes for 24 hours and the dress was put back on the shelf at sometime. I'm so pissed, now I have to go back and hopefully they still have it in her size.

The Dillards there sucks i wanted samples and they barley gave me anything the one in Tampa,Fl is way better they hook me up.

Dirty carpet was the first thing I noticed. Salespeople friendly and helpful, if you can find them!
