I ordered a gown in petite because I'm short the gown is beautiful but it was the same length as the one I tried on in the store I was very dissapointed. This was for a special occasion.

Good customer service. I can agree that sometimes the associates can be hard to find. But they are willing to help with whatever you need. And if they can't help, they will get you in touch with someone who can. I was pleased with my visit.
