I was looking at purses yesterday and found a Coach one I liked. I picked it up and took it with me as I went to look at clothes. One of the employees followed me from the purse department to the clothing department to make sure I wasn't planning on stealing the handbag. That definitely loses a customers desire to buy from your store.

They need to have a resident alteration person.. To be sent to some strange person to have clothing altered, didn't do it for me.... Half way across town....

Lady in bedding section yesterday jun 1 was rude and snotty. Horrible experience definitely not going to visit that place again.

What kind of company doesn't detail their online purchasing policy? You would think this is something that the employees would be trained to do but apparently not. Went in to purchase some dress shoes, found what I wanted, yet they didn't have the size I wanted. I told them to not worry about buying it and shipping it through Dillards as I could just go online and order it from the seller directly for the same price. They insisted they could do that and ship directly to my house; foolishly, I agreed. Later I called them because I at first had no idea why I would be charged two times for this same amount and what do you know, one is an authorization charge and should be cleared up within a few days.. So currently, I have 200 dollars held up in limbo because Dillards can't properly train their employees on informing customers of their archaic billing practices.

Great clothes. Like to catch the clearance rack because they put lots of bargains on it.
