I spent 60.00 and paid for it with a check. It cleared my bank the VERY NEXT DAY! The merchandise did not fit who I had purchased it for so I went back and asked for a refund. I was told no it could only be a gift card. So I said I'd come back the next day and the next and the next....7 days later they still won't give me cash back. I showed them my check cleared the very next day and they said it hasn't cleared our bank! I said I don't care about your bank you got my money now I want it back. They said it could take up to 14 days!! In this day and age of electronics I don't think so. They are just crazy and I will never step foot in a Khols again once I get MY CASH BACK. Nothing but thieves with a policy so outdated that it's unbelievable .

The lighting in the store is a little gloomy, when you walk in you don't feel optimistic about shopping. They do have a good selection, just need to organize a bit more everything seems to be cluster around the store.

I went to this Kohl's location and was checking out. I overheard a young girl who worked there, named Ana, going above and beyond to give the customer a good experience. Instead of silently checking them out without any interaction, she engaged them in conversation. Through no fault of Ana's, the customer, who was a grown woman, took offense to something she said. Ana was very apologetic and continued to engage the customer . After the woman left, Ana was visibly upset and concerned that the woman was going to report her. I just wanted to write this review to express how refreshing it is to see a young woman like Ana who is concerned enough about her job to care about how the customer feels. I have a niece Ana's age and it made me proud to see a young girl who takes that much pride in her job. Great job Ana!!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! The manager or assistant.. well whatever she was. Her name was Rebecca. She is the worst person to talk to. She couldn't help you or whatever.  So I went to return some stuff that didn't fit me.. then they said that they couldn't give money.. like a refund. So, they said to buy something  that costs 67, 40, and 38 dollars. That is called a equal exchange. There was nothing that I liked and if i liked something it would cost a little more or a little less. I asked Rebecca if I could pay 2 or 5 dollars more so it can fit 68 dollars and she said "No" she told me that you cannot do that. I was confused. I was like " How can you guys not do that..!" That's just not correct. The lady is big. I do not recommend buying stuff and returning it here. If you do try to return it, they will make a big fuss about it!  I told her that it is Christmas and that there should be more options, right? So she said no. I can't believe that there can be managers or people like this that don't want to solve anything or even help you at all! I  hope that is does not happen to any of you people that are/might go!! This is a mess!!! Now i don't have anything to put on this Christmas. This Christmas will be sad. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE THAT READS THIS REVIEW!!!

Shopped several other stores and didn't find what we needed, and found everything  we needed here at fair prices, will definitely go back again.
