The customer service is non-existent. Dresses 3rd floor(girl with ombre hair),men's jeans, and a younger aged employee in the men's shoe dept,watches...no service they look and you and say nothing. They are at least a bit more friendly in fragrance,Dior cosmetic,an older yet nice lady with salt and pepper hair in men's underwear counter. I am started to dread coming here.

I hate going into this store. You feel like you are being watched all of the time. The employees stalk you and argue over who is going to ring you up. The shoe department is a total MESS during sales and the sales people are just standing around not picking shoes up. They won't check in the back for your size even though the shoes are mixed up in the wrong racks and scattered all over the floor. Their computers are down quite a lot which makes for long lines. Some of the young sales people have that typical entitled attitude. I have a credit card here and I barely go in the store anymore. I take my business elsewhere now.

Clean organized store, pleasant atmosphere, friendly folks offered help several times. Very nice restrooms.

Just tried to call lingerie department to ask about hosiery and the lady that answered.... I have never heard anyone be so rude and dismissive on the phone before. It was quite funny actually. Im sure she's a miserable person. Really makes you wonder about management tho as she sounded very mature in age. She should know better. The way she handles herself is the reputation of the store. I actually feel like she really wanted to be mean to me and ruin my day 😄😄😄 She's probably the kind that stops way back at the stoplights to block people from the turn lanes 😄😄😄

My husband and I came to Dillard's to browse around and noticed they had Oakley glasses, lady who helped us try on glasses was really rude, we literally just saw 2 glasses and after that she asks, "are you gonna just look or you gonna buy!" We just felt very rushed and disrespected. Customer service is everything in retail, definitely won't be coming anytime soon.
