I scheduled an oil change on 9/15/2017 for 9/18/2017 at 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm and was check in at 4:55 pm told it would be 45 minutes. My car was pulled in at 5pm. Then the man stop working on my car. I asked why and was told the manager told him to stop. It is now 5:15pm. I asked the man to bring me my car and I left. Went to Kwik Kar and the oil is being changed right now at 5:40pm. I will never go back to Sears again.

Terrible customer service... disgusting to deal with manager mr. Hammad. He is very rude. Sears should train him for a training on listening skills....I purchased couple of baby cloths from seas online. The items were delivered 10 days after the order was placed. I went to the nearby store to return it and realized that it was the 33rd day....I requested them if I can exchange it. Manager Hammad said 30 days is 30 days....they can't do anything and was not even ready to listen that the 30 days is from the day when the order was placed, not from the day when the items delivered to me.. NO WONDER why sears is shutting down their stores...I wish they shut down this store soon...

All I can say is "EXCELLENT" I came in to have my vehicle serviced and the care, courtesy, and professionalism exhibited by the store manager Joey was exceptional. His techs were fantastic, and Joey was very knowledgeable and patient and didnt mind taking the time out to break down exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the solution that was available. He made me very comfortable in trusting his diagnosis and after the repair, my vehicle is running like charm. I will be back. Joey should get a promotion, so serious. After numerous bad encounters I've had at some of the competitors in the area I was skeptical. The experience I had was a total breath of fresh air, and I will be back. Great work Sears, and great job having Joey as a manager, he actually make you want to come back lol. Great job Sears

Our experience at Sears today was very informative excellent customer service and very helpful with specials and pricing it made our trip worth wow

The cashiers very rude very hateful very slow no help on the floor for customers it took me 45 minutes to cash out after buying two pairs of shoes
