John and his service team are really good, talented and capable people.  Every time I have contacted John he has been extremely attentive, caring and professional. My issues get addressed and corrected with no hassles. It's really refreshing to see a service team this competent and dedicated to quality customer service in today's day and age. They are really good at what they do.

I worked with John in the sales department. He was truly a great salesman. I went in with a very straight forward attitude and not much time but John adjusted to the situation and did everything he could to accommodate me. I didn't buy here but they have a great staff and great prices. I searched a lot online before going in and their price was number 1 every time. If you're in the market for a used car, I would recommend this dealer.

Wonderful customer service. Great selection!  I had an awesome experience working with jefferson as our sales person. He took time to show us a variety of models that fit my needs. He was knowledgeable and patient. I worked with him for one week and he stayed in touch and provided us answers to all of the questions we had. I brought home the car I love and would highly recommend this dealership

I loved my experience at Automax. I worked with John in sales and Mariana in the finance department. They made the process so easy for me. I never once felt pressured into making a decision and when I did I felt like I knew everything I needed to and more! A big thank you to Automax for helping me find a great used car

This place is great!  It came highly recommended and I was not disappointed.  The sales associate Jefferson made the process painless and pleasant.  Truly one stop shopping.  I went there with no expectations to buy anything and  left with  a new (well, gently used), awesome car!
