I love this place! I've bought tires from them for 18 years, from Alabama to Louisiana to Texas. Their prices are either close to being the cheapest, to flat out being the least expensive. They offer insurance on your tires, so when you have a flat that can't be fixed (damage to sidewall), they replace it and all you pay is insurance on the new tire. Less than $25 I believe.

I was headed out of town for work, and my car gave me a tire sensor message for all four tires. Luckily I wasn't far from the location on Garth Road in Baytown. The service technician immediately took my car to check the air pressure even though every bay was full. He was able to take care of me and get me safely back on the road within five minutes. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Never believe the 45 minutes to an hour wait. Every time you want to get service here even if its "Not busy" you are going to always wait over an hour. It wouldn't be so bad if they were just straight up with you and told you it would be 1.5-2 hour wait but they always say 45 minutes and its always twice that. Just left there after having a tire repaired, I asked that they rotate the tires since it was past due. They fixed flat and then after I got home I realized they did not even rotate my tires after a 1.5 hour wait. Maybe they have good tires but their service at this store is sad.

Bought 4 new tires they broke two of my sensors, left with my low tire light on was told it would go off in 5 miles, 3 days went by it was still on, went to have the problem addressed again and suddenly the two sensors they "didn't change" somehow don't work anymore. Funny I had no lights on when I came in 🤷

I bought a set of 4 Michelin Defender tires in May, 2015. Kept up with the recommended roation every 6k-8k. On March 2017, my tires were down to 4/32 on all 4 tires. I drove 15,561 miles on them, the warranty on those tires were 90,000 miles. I used 17% of the warranty lifetime miles. The store offered 37% off a new set of 4 tires because the tires was worn unevenly despite the rotation was on schedule. Considering I should be able to drive an additional ~75,000 miles on these tires, I was unhappy. Had to call Michelin personally to get more credit.
