Awful customer service and lies galore. I took my car in at 11:45 and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I told them I wanted the conventional oil change. I came back at 12:15 and the car was sitting outside, so I assumed it still hadn't gone in the bay to be serviced. I went into the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes. Little did I know the car was already done, but the lady at the register who was in clear eyesight of me the entire time I was sitting there didn't have the decency to let me know my car was done. I'm told it's going to be $46, AFTER a $10 "discount" was applied. I mentioned that I had told her when I first got there I wanted a conventional oil change to begin with even though they went ahead and gave me the next grade oil up. I asked why they didn't put the conventional oil in, her response was that supposedly Sears can't put lower quality conventional oil in your car once you've already had their MaxLife blend (from the previous oil change). What. A. Lie! I was too annoyed to even ask why she didn't bother to tell me my car was done to begin with. To add to the lies, the previous time I came in (which was the only other time I've gone to Sears) I had a Groupon which made it about $32. The same lady was there the first time and told me then after I had paid that I could've gotten a better deal through them at the shop. I brought that point up and asked why that wasn't the case for today's oil change. She gave me the runaround and couldn't give me an honest answer. Just don't bother coming here, there's a reason Sears is going under as a company. They overcharge for everything they have and lie to you to sucker you into giving them your hard-earned money.

Went to get my oil changed today at 2pm when my appointment was. The lady at the computer didn't even acknowledge me. I had a coupon for $17.99 for the simple oil change from Sears website. When she finally got away from the computer she got the paper work to put all my info down. She told me my truck would be done in forty five minutes. I asked if they could call, she said yes and repeated my number. I never got a call for two hours so I finally called, my truck was finished. When I walked in the older lady was talking about me I new it was about me because she said my appointment time and my last name. When I walked up she made up excuses on to why she was telling the guy about me. Then she ended up over charging me 20$. I will never go back. Bad customer service and they are to buy gossiping then doing their jobs.
