This is a fantastic mattress firm location! If you are in the market for a new mattress, then this is the place to go. the associates are super friendly and really want to help you find the perfect mattress for your comfort. Jessica was the lady who helped us and she was phenomenal. We are very picky about our mattress because it is something we use daily and effect our daily lives and she was very helpful. Great customer service! Not to mention they always have great deals!

The store manager Jessica was so lovely friendly and answered all the questions I had plus recommended what I needed . Service was phenomenal I enjoyed my experience at this store 😊

After having issues with the Atascocita store, I called the Baytown store and spoke with Jessica. She didn't have what I needed in stock, but once she found out that I was traveling to Baytown from Humble, she told me about the warehouse in Humble, and that I could pick up what I needed there. She allowed me to go through with the original quote that was given to me by the Atascocita store, and immediately e-mailed the address and phone number to the warehouse to me. I couldn't have asked for greater customer service. As long as she is with Mattress Firm, she will always get our business.

We loved the multiple options to choose from.Jessica was an amazing and entertaining sales woman. We bought almost all of her suggestive products. She knew what we needed and was very professional with the services and attentive to our needs. We have been recommending all the people we know to go to her store.

I was helped by jessica she was very helpfull and knowledgeable about the beds they have...we ended up going twice first time i picked a bed bc it felt ok and was cheaper and i really hated it. when i came back to see about exchanging the bed she was very helpful and nice...she new what she was talking about when we went the first time and i listened this time...and im glad bc i am really excited about this bed and cant wait to recieve it.
