I am very upset with UPS at the moment. Their job is to be sure my package gets here safely, but apparently it was just going to sit at this store until I called in. Poor communication between drivers and employees, and I was given conflicting information from the sheet of paper left on my front porch. I was annoyed, but then the phone call happened and it set me off. Incredibly rude costumer service from Kathy. She was rude from the start of the phone call, and then when I asked questions she kept giving me a number to call like she was above talking to me, that I wasn't worth her time. She was so dismissive and barely even tried to salvage anything when I asked her name. UPS needs to focus on higher training standards and better costumer service. Shouldn't take an hour to locate my package and have it resent to me when I was told to just sit tight and wait for it.

UPDATE: This is a week later and several calls later. I left specific instruction to leave the package on my door regardless of whether or not I was there. I left for an hour to come back and find that my package has been returned to the store again. I have to go through all these steps again to MAYBE get my package. Apparently while the store can hold and return your package to sender. They can do literally nothing else. They are a waste of time. Never use UPS or ever use their stores.

UPDATE 2: This reply just furthers my frustration. I came back to delete the review as I don't like to stay angry for long but your response is passive aggressive and full of information that was presented to me in a very different way. Over the phone this was presented to me like everything was wasting your time and the tone of the entire conversation was incredibly demeaning. Phrasing and tone of voice means so much. Shame on your costumer service.

I've been going to this UPS store for about 8 years and I have always received excellent customer service.  That's why although I don't live in the neighborhood, I rather drive extra miles to get there than use the UPS stores in my neighborhood.
