Black Friday customer.  I am still a novice cyclist, but needed to upgrade to a real bike, and family recommended this place.  It was super busy, but the shop staff was very professional and efficient.  Chris was the salesman that helped me out.  He took the time to hear what I was looking for and helped recommend a couple different options.  I got to try several of the bikes out.  Chris made sure the sizing and fit were perfect before purchasing.  I got a great deal on one of last year's models.  

Good customer service and an eye of small details has made me a customer for life.

P.s. the life time free tune ups also help😁

This is an excellent bike shop! I have purchased multiple bikes from them. The service team has been fantastic and always goes above and beyond to get problems fixed quickly. The sales folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also ride a lot themselves and organize a variety of fun group rides for various levels.

Global Bikes has been my go to local bike shop. One of the greatest reasons I am a customer there is their service department, specifically Garrett. I know when I go in with an issue, he doesn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need and is very knowledgable and helpful. Hands down an all around fantastic guy. Global bikes also does a lot of road and mountain bike rides for all experience levels, drop by for more info on those or use the “meetup” app to find out more info.

The first time I went in I was asking for advice on fixing up a used bike as I cannot afford a $500 low end mountain bike. I was immediately told I should buy a new bike. I understand it's a business but my intention is fixing my current bike. I was advised to bring in the bike for better evaluation. Next visit I brought the bike back to service area for advice on what work needs done. Again was told I should buy a new bike. Service tech estimated 250-300 in parts to get the bike in good shape. I got the parts for about $100 on Amazon. I put on most parts but needed the tires and tubes put on and the derailleurs calibrated so back to this shop I went for one last attempt to have a positive experience. Now I'm walking in and my bike has no tires on it, no chain, and the derailleur wires are not connected so I have frame on one shoulder, front rim in one hand, new tires over my shoulder and tubes in the other hand. Doors are propped open and a sales guy sees me and starts heading in my direction. Finally a positive interaction about to happen. Guy makes eye contact as he's walking toward me and asks if I'm headed to service. I confirm and he replies, it's in the back, as he walks passed me. I really should have turned around then but I have been working on this bike for close to 2 months so I dropped off and setup service. I return to pick up the bike and the requested service was completed. Upon paying I was told some additional recommendations which if this was suggested when they called to tell me bike was ready I most likely would have opted to get that service done as well but instead I get a bike back that needs more work, i.e. crooked handle bars, wobbly wheel, disc brakes needing adjusting, etc. Biking is a hobby and I would think the employees would show some passion about it instead of brushing me off at every corner. I realize I'm not dumping $1000 on a new bike but that is no reason to be treated with such indifference. Since my business is not valued  I will be looking for another bike shop in Chandler Gilbert area for final service.

Good friendly service,  the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I always have my bike worked on here.
