Service from the team members were great. It's also a huge benefit to shop in advance on their website and make an appointment.

However, I give them three stars because I was solicited by two people in the waiting room in under an hour.  One "deaf' lady tried to get me to donate to some cause -- this is a big scam.  Another tried to sell me chocolate bars like a school kid does for fundraising.  This is strange and really makes the customer uncomfortable.  The employees never said anything to these folks walking around the waiting area soliciting DT's customers.

IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 10 MIN. This place was awesome the guys took really good care of me and they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need… great job people keep up the good work !

I needed to buy two tires for my trailer so I called  three different companies and Discount Tire gave me the best price.  Once I arrived I met the manager, Nick.  He is very friendly and has a great personality. Talking to him  I found out that the old tires get recycled into asphalt and into some kind of playground foam. They also gave me a free water while I was waiting  and told me that if I ever get a flat they will fix it for free. After looking around I  noticed that the bathrooms were unexpectedly clean for an automotive repair shop. My total time there was 1 hour and 43 minutes, which was pretty quick seeing they also serviced 9 other cars while I was there.
