Went into here June 3 2017 with the intention of checking out options. Did not even fully plan on buying a phone OR switching to metro. Crystal helped me out spent a lot of time talking to me about and looking at different phones and plans. She kept me BELOW a low budget including a case, screen protector, the phone itself, and my plan(all that for less than i planned on spending on JUST THE PHONE).  Found me a discount on my phone. Helped a lot and hooked me up. Incredible customer service from her. Very impressed. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

They have been bought out by T-Mobile so now they're $50 unlimited plan is a lie they will tell you it is $50 for an unlimited plan to bait you in, and if you use your phone like I do with the music the wave and everything else they will send you this little text saying you have reached 300 blah blah blah on your data service. So when I asked the MetroPCS about this they told me that since T-Mobile bought them out it's technically not unlimited anymore you only get so much data service but the T-Mobile customers get first come over MetroPCS users so our service / MetroPCS service users data will slow down. So if you are a T-Mobile customer your service will remain Unlimited and the MetroPCS users service will not be Unlimited it will slow down which is what they do not tell you when you first sign up for the service. Can you say false advertisement, " I don't need no frauds"

AWFUL service for a corporate location.  I understand everyone has quotas to meet but when I see a 30 plan being advertised and if that's what I want then that what I should get. Instead I was reffered to another location for that promotion. ARE YOU KIDDING ME THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO A CORPORATE STORE AND A CORPORATE STORE TURNS ME AWAY!. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK.

Best Metro PCS I have been to. I'm not sure if its because this is a corporate store or not but the service is great , staff is super knowledgeable, they don't charge activation fee, and sim cards are only $10. Ive been here twice to activate new phones and I was out in 10 mins with no extra charges or upsells. Same brunette girl has helped me twice and shes perfect. Thanks!
