Take your business elsewhere and save yourself money and hassle! These people working here are idiots!! They lost my package I mailed out of the country and also can't find any record of it what so ever! Although the girl remembers me and remembers shipping it! Smh Cost me over $100!!!!

I've been receiving and sending packages for over a year at this store and everyone is great!   Always eager to help with any issues I may have.  They make this is the easiest part of my day.

I was looking for who could do professional name tags for business suite attire.  Fred Gorsline, owner of UPS Store #4102 said he offered that.  He showed me what he had and I picked a name tag that resembled metal.  He ordered it, but it came back wrong...as a white name tag.  He expressed his anger very unprofessionally and acted very hateful and caused me stress.  He told me that the tag maker charged him $30 extra...which wasn't my problem.   He emailed me using my name spelled correctly but spelled it wrong on the "NAME" tag.   He refused to correct it or return my money.  If this is the kind of customer service UPS is about,  we will take our business somewhere else and comment how bad UPS customer service is.

So I called the store today to make sure my package has arrived and a guy had answered barking at me and funny thing is I didn’t go off on him nor said anything wrong to him how does the guy have a job if he talks to customers like that I’m more curious to see if I’ll be filling a complaint with ups directly about the person etc.....

I can only describe the service here as fabulous.  I walk in with packages, I walk out a few minutes later with tracking numbers.  One great thing here is you can send via either UPS or USPS (mail) and they'll compare prices and you can choose which you want.
