Be very careful coming here if you are trying to upgrade your phone. This is not a sprint corporate store so when you return your old device this store will send the device to a warehouse. Nothing in the system is linked so if there is any delay sending the phone to the warehouse, sprint will charge you a fee for not returning your phone. Sprint will then have to investigate where the phone is even though it is documented that you returned the phone to the store. I have been trying to get the refund of the not returning device fee for over a month while sprint investigates. Only return your old phone to a corporate store and save yourself the headache.

Multiple customer service issues with this store. I was given incorrect pricing by the first rep I talked to when I went to upgrade my phone to the 6S. He told me that the 64 gigabyte one was only $12 more but really it is another $100. Then I decided to add a line for my mom. They tried to talk me out of staying on the plan I was on to get a different one that cost more money and would invalidate my corporate discount. Then the store manager assured me that I could mail the phone to my mom and she could call the store and have her number ported over. She has the phone now and has been trying to reach the store manager for the last week. He is never there. The employees say he will call back and he never does. I tried to call myself yesterday twice and was assured he would return my phone call by the end of the business day. No phone call. Surprise surprise. I called today and a sales rep named Brandon spoke with me. I was told the store manager is never there on the weekend. No one else in the store is allowed to port numbers over except him so they can't help me. I asked him how I could file a complaint with corporate. Brandon told me there is no corporate to file a complaint with. So I asked him you don't have a district manager? He said yes they do but I can't contact that person. The store manager had given me his personal cell number when I was at the store before. I just left a message about trying to schedule an appointment for my mom to call him Monday to get the number ported over. We'll see if he bothers to call back.

Best store in las vegas. Darrin is a great help whenever we need it. All of the other workers are always very attentive and greet everyone that walks in the door saying "welcome to Sprint,  how can we help you?" The corporate store at downtown Summerlin sucks as far as customer service goes. But will never go back there again. Everyone should Always go to this store

Overall Great Experience!! Darren was at the front and he was very nice and helpful. My phone wasn't reading the Sim card since I bought it in April. Then Rafael came out to take a look at my phone. He was Awesome!! He recognized exactly what was going on with my phone and in less than an hour later, he fixed a problem that I have had for months. I would highly recommend going to see Darren if you are interested in products from Sprint and Rafael if your having technical issues with one of your devices.
