The worst service ever. I have NEVER had a problem with the employees of T-Mobile until today. If you go there and they are to busy to even take your name, Leave. If you stay be prepared to be passed over.

Worst customer service ever ! I came to the store with no network in my phone , 3 guys tried to figure it out and nobody of them didn't know what to do, after they spent my time they told me to go home save all my pics and other stuff I have and reset my phone .. they said try to do it yourself at home and hopefully it's going to work , I left the store while they making fun of me .. unbelievable stuff.. What a shame for T-mobile

The service was fast, unfortunately I was given false information and I'm paying for it now. I trusted one employee in particular. I don't have her name  long dark hair , she seemed know her stuff so I I didn't question too much although I had this lingering feeling that something was wrong. My sister kept telling me you can get your phones and sure even though they're not T mobile devices. The employee told me no insurance is available for AT&T phones you bring in the store. I've had a service for three weeks now I made a phone call to T-Mobile to find out about insurance and lo and behold I'm one week past the deadline! I can't ensure my phones now. So I have three iPhones no insurance at all because I trusted this woman. The sales rep on the phone was nice enough to give me a $25 credit though for my trouble. I'm sure that will come in handy if I lose my iPhone or break it. The sales rep on the phone told me there were no notes in the computer stating that I had asked about insurance. Why would there be? That's just evidence that you aren't looking out for the customer. Obviously it must be some cut out of their pay or bonus when you get insurance or something Who knows? All I know is I'm very disappointed with the customer service I got. Pretty sure I'll be moving on to another carrier they will be losing a loyal customer that stays with their carrier a long time.

These guys get it done. Seems to be very busy but effecient. Good business support if you need phones for your small business.

While I originally had a problem with the store after talking to the manager he took care of the issue and I would strongly recommend the store
