What an absolutely fantastic experience! Talk about southern hospitality. My family and I just recently moved to Florida from Baltimore, Maryland and have been so pleased with the natural kind nature of the folks here. This tire store is no different! I ordered the wrong size tires for my vehicle online with their convenient service and was not very happy when they quickly and politely called me to tell me as much after I had dropped off my truck. As I insisted that I did order the correct size the gentleman on the phone calmly and once again very politely expressed to me where the error may have occurred but never blaming me. They quickly had a solution for me , ordered the right size and had them for me the next morning. I was greeted with smiles, taken promptly at my exact appointment time and had a pleasant 30 minute reading time in their bright and open waiting room with no noxious car place smells I was expecting. The price was a bit more than I originally thought (with the smaller size ) but not by much. Checking out was a breeze and one door was held for me to exit as the other was opened for me to get into my vehicle, all while being greeted with a smile and a friendly word. (Not common in Maryland!) I am truly humbled by my experience and ashamed of my behavior with their team. They deserve more than 5 stars in my book and we will definitely be using them for all of our future needs.

I would like you to know that I find great comfort coming into your store. Lake is a great guy, so much so I'd rather deal with him when I come in. His customer Service is over the top! He listens, takes his time to explain and always greets me with a smile. That guy deserves a raise. Keep up the good work! Thank you

Always a great place They treat you right every time. I always get the best prices in tire. I never have to haggle for prices just tell him what I'm looking for and they usually always come up with the best price. My only complaint of this chain is that they do not offer alignments for vehicles. Many times damages two tires come from poor alignments and I was a little surprised by that they do not offer alignment.

Clean lobby. Found a screw in my tire. They said it didn't damage tire and sent me on my way. Didn't try to sell me a tire or patch. Nice. Refreshing

As usual, the best customer service around... bar none! No matter the location, they always have the best prices and no one can beat their customer service, which is why I've have been a customer for over 10 years!
