My husband and I went here for a biometric wellness screening for our insurance -a process that takes about 5-10 minutes. The CNA who saw us was awesome and did her job very well! My only complaint is that is was about an hour wait. My tip is to sign in online. We were not aware of this until we got there! The staff as a whole seemed less than enthusiastic, but we went on a Sunday afternoon and I would probably feel the same way if I worked at that time.

I brought my four year old son to this facility Monday, and I will not be coming back. I waited for over an hour and a half to go back to a room then waited around 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The doctor had an attitude and was being rude and was rushing. He did not even ask any questions or look at my son, he just told us what was wrong with him. I think that he could have done his job a whole lot better. I don't recommend.

Worst place to go. Waited over an hour to be told I had a fifty dollar copay. I was just here last week, and paid no copay. My only reason for being back is I had an allergic reaction to the medicine they gave me. Instead of calling in a new prescription I have to come back in for another visit. After hearing news of the copay I decide to ask if there was a way that I could just get a new prescription called in. Because the copay was unexpected and I wasn’t prepared to pay anything. The doctor tells the nurse no because I supposedly had been to another office in between the time I had been seen there. When I informed them I hadn’t and asked to see the information they wouldn’t allow me due to HIPPA. I am in the medical field. And a patient is allowed to see all of their medical records. Especially knowing I hadn’t been anywhere in the two day time period since. If someone is using my name to get prescriptions I’d like to think I have the right to know.. I feel as If the doctor on staff didn’t want to send in a new prescription, and that’s all she had to say.

I had been diagnosed with a kidney stone 4 days prior to going to Doctor's Care. I am a NP myself and with all the pain I was having, I was not thinking straight and I needed help. I was not seeking a super pain killer- I had that at home and it was not working. I was not only sore from the kidney stone but my bowels were not working right. Sue, the FNP, was good to me. Yes, she can be abrupt, but she took care of me. We determined the stone has probably passed. I had not expected to be so sore though. She prescribed a super anti inflammatory that has worked like a charm with my residual low back and left side pain. She also made suggestions about my bowel issues that have worked. I appreciate the help. Especially early on a Sunday morning so I can get back to work on Monday.

Dr P was great with my daughter. He made her laugh even though she was feeling bad. Nate took her vitals and he was great, too.
