Candis at the front desk was very sweet, helpful, and prompt. However, we arrived at 9:00 (at opening time) with 2 people ahead of us. The first patient had still not been taken back at 9:20. Apparently the doctor hadn’t arrived yet. It’s 9:30 and we are still waiting with someone ahead of us. This is unacceptable. We will not be coming back here.

Overall the experience was fine -- if you have never used this facility before a few tips are ALWAYS sign in online prior to coming to the waiting room. You can start this around 7 am M-F and that will save you a ton of aggravation and time. Every visit I have made to this place after the first has been through this service because even if you walked in before someone else if they booked a "appointment time" online they will be seen first.

Literally the biggest waste of time in my life. The doctor didn't listen to me and told me she knew nothing. Like why did I even pay for this visit to be told you don't know.

There is literally no one here and they aren't calling people back. It's dead, and the person at the front desk does not possess good customer service etiquette, won't even look up to greet you let alone smile. 109$ to have someone sign my piece of paper for a work physical stating I'm free of communicable disease, and it takes hours.

Came for drug test and DOT physical for my job. Drove from Charlotte. After 30 mins in waiting room, desk informed me there may not be anyone to do the physical (said "let me see what time she leaves"). Came back and said, yeah there's no one here to do it (translation: whoever was qualified to do it was about to leave and didn't want to stay to serve a customer who drive 2 hours to be there. Resulted in my having to go to another location the next day, on my time and my dime. Then came the drug test. Did the drug test and came out to wash my hands. Someone else's urine sample was on the counter by the sink - uncovered!
