After doing the U connect update our radio, navigation are not working properly, we took it to Dokmo and they weren't able to fix it. They said they would look into it further and call me, so far no call. 8-19 @8:30 am I did get a phone call from Scott service manager apparently this is a problem with many people who have done this update and no remedies have been offered at this time, hopefully some one at Jeep/Chrysler will get this figured out soon to keep current customers happy. Update 9-06, went back to Dokmo on 8-21 and had a tech look at it again he concluded it would need a new radio and would get one on order said it would take about three days. Went on vac 8-28 thru 89-1 called Scott on 9-5, he wasn't in. Called again on 9-6 at 9:00 am and asked if he could let me know the status of the radio, no call so I stopped in at 2:30, at this time he had someone try to figure out what was going on. 1/2 hour later... Apparently some one couldn't read some of the paperwork and put it the wrong slot and it sat there until I showed up and started asking questions. Now they say it will be in in a few days, time will tell. This has been disappointing on many levels and many parties have to take responsibility for this poor service. I bought this vehicle from them because they would be close if I needed service I don't know if it was a good call, hopefully things improve. 9/30 update they still have no radio/ navigation to repair our vehicle, I've been told several different ETA's for delivery and still waiting...update 10/13 finally got a new radio installed. I had a check engine light on they looked at it while it was in and they will need to order the part that means another trip and more time. Almost 2 months for a warranty repair, way to long.

Very satisfied. They are easy to work with and very competent. Final bill even less than quoted.

I asked if they knew of any problems with the door handles on a Ford while having a recall items fixed and they didn't tell me they were going to take it apart and charge me $75 to just look at it.. not happy

Great Auto Dealer. Knowledgeable Techs, parts and service people. But what's up with the pay coffee? I have a F150, the F stands for failed. Purchased the truck new list of failed parts. 1. Broken exhaust manifold studs. 2. Broken wire in drivers door wire harness. 3. Failed O rings on Transmission bulk head wire harness. 4. Failed hvac control door motor on drivers side. 5. Failed hvac control module. 6. Leaking front axle seal. 7. Failed drivers side upper ball joint. All this with only 130,000 miles. Next truck will be a Chevy or Dodge. I had a 2003 Lexus RX300 after 13 years and 160,000 miles the only thing that went wrong was a ujoint. Guess I should go JAP.

I have taken my van for service to Dokmo since I purchased it in 2013. The staff is friendly, knowledgable an easy to coordinate with. The techs are top knotch and the best. They are thorough in all that they do, even just an oil change. I wouldn't take my van to anyone else. I drive once a month from South St. Paul to Northfield just to have them service the van. It is always a pleasure.
