I went in to buy a specific car this past Thursday. It was quite a trek to get out there and when I called to make sure the car was even still there, the sales manager did even better than that and made sure the safety check and everything went well and was done. Made me feel a little more comfortable when she came back to tell me there was a minor issue, but they were fixing it. Gave me comfort that they would tell me if anything else was broken, too. 

Once I got there, Amelia was my sales rep. She was amazing! We went on the test drive once we got there and there was another slight issue. Amelia actually recognized the issue and was concerned about it as well, rather than just playing it off as normal like other dealers might do to get the sale. Luckily the shop was able to find that problem and fixed it, and there hasn't been an issue with the car since!! The detailing process hadn't been done yet as the car had just gotten there a couple of days ago, so that took a little longer than it should of, but Amelia was friendly and personable, made sure I was comfortable and happy and I barely even noticed the time! 

Thank you so much to the folks at Apple Autos! I'm so happy with my recent purchase and love the vehicle, and I loved the dealer I worked with! I will definitely be coming back in the future. :)

I recently bought a new truck from Apple Chevrolet and Buick, it was twelve years since I bought myself a new vehicle. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and worked very hard to get me the truck with all the options I wanted. It was a great experience! She spent a lot of time explaining everything about my new vehicle when she delivered it to me! Thank you Nicole Heinricy and Justin Olson for getting me the best price on my trade in and find me the vehicle I wanted. I love my 2018 Colorado!!

Thanks Larry Anthony for a great auto buying experience! You were so helpful and professional. We appreciate the time you took to make sure we understood everything. It's been a lot of years since we've bought a new car and it was so nice to not have to hassle with price. We loved not having the stress. We came back the next day to buy the car and the price had been dropped even more - without having to ask. If you're looking for a great experience, we recommend Apple Chevrolet and Larry Anthony for your salesperson. :)

We had a great experience with Art and Apple Chevrolet in Northfield on the purchase of a used car for our son. From the first phone call to signing the papers, Art was very responsive to our needs and questions, and made us feel like we were his only customers. When we found an issue during the test drive, the service department was able to diagnose and fix it in less than an hour. The whole experience was quick, easy and enjoyable!

I bought a used 15 year old truck from them recently. A gal named Amelia Apple was who sold me the vehicle. Nice and knowledgeable. She was quick to respond to emails.
I had a check engine light come on 5 miles from the dealership, but it was past closing time. I emailed them and had the issue fixed the next day that I was available to come in.
FYI: Don't leave messages on the an answering machine here. They do not check their messages, regardless that it is an option. My plates ended up coming way later than expected (about 10 days after the expiration date on the yellow tag) because no one checks their voice mail.
