The staff at this dealership were cordial throughout the entire transaction. The dealer I corresponded with, Alfonso, was an absolute pleasure to talk to. From the moment he took me on as a client, he treated me as a friend, and I actually enjoyed shopping for a vehicle. The staff's dedication to make you feel welcome was admirable, and their policy of not pushing a sale was appreciated. Alfonso helped me pick a car that perfectly met my requirements for work and home life, and worked with me to finalize a deal that I felt was best for me. They are easily the best dealership in Waterloo.

Really great service! Rebecca was awesome and very helpful. The car we came to look at wasn't exactly what we were looking for but she found us one that had just come in recently and wasn't even listed yet. It turned out to have everything we were wanting for a price we wanted. There was a dent and scratch one the one door which was properly fixed and looks like new. I had a my 8 month old son with me when I picked it up and they were very accommodating and got me on my way as quick as possible. They even sent me a dozen fancy cupcakes as a thank you! Can't ask for better service than that!

Visited to purchase a new car. The initial service and subsequent test drive was very good. Communication throughout the negotiations was excellent. However, having agreed a price and negotiated a different set of premium rims (at no additional cost), the next day I found that the dealership was tucking the cost of the rims in the lease price. On challenging the dealership, I was told that there had been a "mix up" and that they would now not honour the deal made the day before. I'm always open to a discussion where genuine mistakes are made, but integrity matters. I'm buying elsewhere, proceed here with caution.

Excellent customer service! Alfonso's low pressure sales approach, professionalism, and knowledge were most appreciated. Ultimately, he helped me find the car that best suited my needs. Thanks again for everything!

I just recently purchased a car with my mom from Forbes Mazda... the sales person we had was very nice and so were the other workers we encountered, however there were a few things I was unhappy about when picking up the car...1. I asked them to remove scratches on the car which were not removed upon pickup... I had to wait extra time for this to be done, which was inconvenient since I drove here from downtown Toronto. 2.The detailing on the car was nowhere close to what I expected. The roof has stains which were not removed and I was told could not be removed, which is not true it only takes shampooing. 3. The trunk had what looked like dog hair all over... never have I picked up a car upon purchasing it that looked like this. It looked like nothing was done and I waited an entire week until I came to pick the car up. I expect way more from a dealership! I'm very disappointed in the detailing, especially because this car is not cheap.
