I came in for regular oil change maintenance and for a flaky light issue. Andrew was very helpful advising me of the problem. He knew a lot about my Pontiac and known issues. He made me feel confident about the work performed and pricing. Beyond that, the shop was clean and neat, waiting area was comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I'll definitely be back for future service.

They have one price listed on their website for an oil change & another listed at the dealer. I told him the price is $10 lower on the website, he got very nasty & said show me. When I showed him he stated you are the only person that mention it. So that makes it right to cheat people because they don't mention it!!  When he told the other guy that he saw it on the website that guy stated he knew.  He asked him first & he played like he had know idea & now he claims he knew.  i would rather pay twice as mush then go somewhere they are going to rip you off.  I can only imagine how many people had an oil change at the posted higher price. When I stated the website & the posted price should match he stated not his problem. I got me car from hear & have had many items serviced, now I wonder haw much money the ripped me off for.  Do not go here.  And he stated you can't use your coupon on a special...what special it is a price listed on your website as the everyday price not a special & they didn't know it was there.  They definitely will rip you off so keep your eyes open.

Such a pleasant experience. I purchased a brand new 2017 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado LT. One week prior, I had purchased a used 2015 Silverado at another dealership. I was told by that dealership that my snow plow could be installed on the truck which ended up not being true. The owner of that dealership refused to take the truck back even after I offered to look at brand new trucks that would suit my purposes. After several phone calls and a lot of stress and then finally ending up at Northfield Spitzer, the sales staff at Spitzer was very understanding of my situation and sold me the truck I needed. They took the truck I just purchased as a trade in with no question. I couldn't be happier with my new truck and proud to drive it knowing that Spitzer put me in the truck I needed and could afford given the deals that were going on at that time with GM. I will never go anywhere else again for my vehicles.

Very good experience starting with Mark Platzar the sales manager and our salesman Darrell who is a good hearted person. Thank you for taking care of us on Memorial day and helping us out. I have purchased multiple cars there and we will return again.
