It was very late at night once the flight got in The young man was polite n very friendly. However the car was newer n I wasn't shown even how to turn the headlights on. Once I went after him to help me he was helpful. I would rent from them again. They need to give an overview of new cars.. LOL. Not all of us have one at home.

I have rented at this location a dozen times and I love it! It’s casual amd just what I need after a long flight. Everyone is friendly, the cars are average, but always clean and working, and the technician always helps me connect my blue tooth. Super patient and nice from the shuttle driver to management. Thank you!

I walked into Dollar Car Rental in Windsor Locks, Ct and was met by a friendly and courteous CSR.   She made the process of extending my car rental easy and fast!   We have seitched permanentlyvto Dollar Car Rentals.   The prices were the best by far and the Customer Service is great.
