Amazing customer service! This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. I've rented from Enterprise multiple times across the country and  never had a bad experience - but the people at their BDL location were exceptional. I was greeted at the door, directed and introduced to the agent who quickly took me to the vehicle after gathering a few pieces of information from me. I didn't actually time it, but I was probably driving away in the vehicle in under 5 minutes. Returning the vehicle was extremely fast and the check in guy was very courteous. After gathering my luggage, I was greeted by the shuttle driver and quickly taken to the terminal.

love, Love LOVE this place!
Very warm, friendly and customer-focused employees.  Easy, quick, and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Nice newer vehicles. 
Fast shuttle service to and from the airport.

Excellent customer service. 
Not all car rental places are the same. The Hartford Connecticut airport enterprise assisted me in September because my flight got rerouted from a different airport to Connecticut and I need a rental car immediately. On short notice, they got me a rental car, filled it with gas, an EZ pass, and were very quick. The customer service was amazing and the workers were super helpful. They even upgraded me to a bigger car for free. Highly recommend.

I use a scooter & a walker to get around.  They manually operated the lift gate to get me on and off the shuttle in addition to being professional and friendly all around. The manager, Chris, and one of the agents, also Chris were fabulous to work with and the shuttle driver on my way back to the airport was unfailingly cheerful even while working the handle like a madman to get the lift up & down twice.  Great customer service and truly good people.

My review is for the pickup at Bradley airport, NOT the drop off at LaGuardia. The Enterprise location at Bradley was by far the smoothest, friendliest, most efficient rental car location I have ever been in. The agent greets you right when you get off the shuttle bus, and directs you inside. They seem to be waiting for you, because it took 30 seconds to check my info and I was led out to the car. Even the guy in the gatehouse at the exit was super nice and efficient. This location is eating ALL the other Enterprise locations for lunch. No comparison.
