Rental location wasn't prepared for my arrival even after insurance company that was paying them sent all my info over.  The branch had no cars available. I had to alter my schedule and was told to come bck in a couple of hrs. I gave them 3hrs offered me to go to other locations that were out of my (not local). I was offer a Nissan Pathfinder that I didn't want because of the higher gas consumption.
Very disappointed SMH!

I rented a car on June 2,2017 for the dates of June 10-14.when me and my husband went to pick up the car which needed to be a full size only ,which was specified when I reserved the car and then confirmed in the Windsor office, they informed me they only had a minivan. I could not use a minivan because it was to big for the ferry and we were leaving in 2 hours. Alex and Erica began calling all around and could not get us a full size car. Then Alex said he had a Mazda but it needed an oil change and I could take it toJiffy lube and it would take around 20 minutes, are you KIDDING me!!!!!!! Then the manager Mike came and said he had been calling since Thurday to get me a car and I said if you knew you didn't have a vehicle why didn't you call me??? Of course no answer and if they had a Mazda why didn't they get an oil change before I got there. One hour before I needed to be on the road we had to go to Avis in Manchester to rent a car. This was the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. I will never try and use enterprise again. Windsor staff needs to be re-trained.

I would never ever rent from this location again they are liars I used to rent from them for four years before I purchase my vehicle. I literally live down the block ; on the policy that I was aware of when I used to rent the car was different, as I guess because it's new management now. They pretty much told me that I went into an extra day but it was two days. I plan for the car. I was told before it used to be that once the cars on the lot before the store opens up that you don't get charge. I found out they were open on the holiday this past Monday which wasLabor Day on the the website the office was closed on the website so you can't even reach them so there was no way I could tell them that  I was stuck in New York and can't bring the car back in time.  Either way I wasn't worried because I knew about the old policy.so again I am furious I could at least have a car up to 12 o'clock noon instead of driving it back on the lot 5 o'clock in the morning before they open the store at nine to be charge for extra day
