Guys very friendly and helpful. You can actually drop the car back after their closing hours up to midnight. They also suggested to drop the car back to airport for $15 fee but finding a place to park it would be much higher than that for sure. This should be really free but I guess nothing is for free now a days. Place is easy to reach and convienan.

Got me a car when I really needed it. One of the only companies in NYC that takes debit. The staff was excellent and the car was great. Damion Wilson was a great help and I'll definitely be using Action for my future rental car needs.

stay away from this car rental company.  the staff doesn't pay attention to the check out details as in marking the gas tank less than what it actually is to make you fill it up for them for free.  my paperwork said the tank was 3/4 full while the car had it at 1/2.  the staff corrected it when pointed, but if i didn't i would be liable for the difference.  also they have horrible car return policy.  unlike other car rental companies that give you up to 2 hours of grace period to return the car, action car rental will charge you 1hr rental ($40) if you are late by 30min.  lousy staff, bad policies, horrible rental.  stay away if you can

Overall good, you have to provide your own insurance though, and they forget to include that little tidbit when booking online. Otherwise fine!
