The location is very convenient. The mini-van we received in 2 separate rental occasions within a couple of weeks was of good make and was in very good condition and clean. Staff were also very helpful. By far the best national/international category rental companies we have experienced in comparison to its competitors.

Very good service as well as all the staffs were helpful! We left camera under the car seat and back to pick it up after one hour, it's there. One thing to improve is to make a big notice about ETOLL needs to be 'swung open' once driver starts, because in many countries, you just start and go with this system without needing to do anything. I have not noticed until about last day of my rental about it.

Absolutely recommended! I've had a great experience here!! I was chatting with Camille as she finished the paperwork for the car (Ford Escape) that I've booked. She just STOPPED everything when she knew I was picking up friends and driving to a wedding and gave me a discounted upgrade. A brand new Ford Edge with GPS. We enjoyed our ride very much and we are very thankful for the upgrade. Very friendly and professional

I was 3 hours late returning the vehicle and was charge a full additional day. $163. I reserved a “Ford Explorer or like vehicle” and was given a ford flex. Not the same thing. The employees was nice, but the inflexibility and ridiculous price of being late is stupid and a reason not to use avis. $326 for 27 hour rental.
