It has employees, and products, but it lacks structure and organization. Ive met some of the most friendliest people here and some of the oppositie. Ive never had a bad shopping experience but I think it could use some touch ups. A lady named Cookie here was always a delight and pleasure to see. I look forward to her being there when I go to shop to have a short chit chat or hello. (:

I find the most amazing things in this store! The most surprising things I find are loads of items NOT made in China. That's hard to find these days in a high end chain.
