My family visited this Shushi restaurant many times when we ski at Squaw this year. The food is very fresh. Sushi rolls are big (my child love the Aloha roll). Noodle soup is huge. I sometimes use it as the soup for the whole family plus my own dinner. The host and hostess are very kind, friendly. The place is easy to park car. It's a family business so suggest you make a reservation before go, in case they reserve the night to special group or occasion event.

Chef Thomas and Host Mia are the very best and so is their food. I was introduced to sushi in the mid 80's and have tried many places from San Francisco to New York over the years. DOMA is one of the two top places I experienced, the other has been extinct since the late 90"s. So blessed to have found this jewel relatively recently after being deprived for many years. Cold, get a layer or move to the tropics. Short of time, go to Safeway across the street. Any other silly complaints, just move on.

Patience is a virtue. Get a reservation and be patient. SO worth the wait. Best take on Sushi ever. The vegetables underneath and the sauces are amazing.

The best sushi in Tahoe/Truckee/Reno !!! I can't believe I didn't try Doma sooner, it's a gem. The fish is super fresh, sushi is fantastic, and the family is great. I once got food to go and the woman greeted me and gave me miso soup to sip on solely because I had to wait a five minutes until my food was ready. It's authentic, clean, and friendly! Thank you Doma for bringing good, unique food to our community
