AMAZING!!! We are staying at Sunnyside and decided to drive down the street, park and look for a place to eat. 
Service was fantastic from the start. They were packed (& now we know why) but we were still greeted immediately and  they let us know they would get a table ready. (there were 6 of us). The hostess and server we're both personable, friendly, funny had very good people skills and adaptable to whatever we threw their way. 
As we waited for our table another gentlemen walked through & he also made sure we had been taken care of. Same man later checked on us again after our meal, so I'm not sure if he was an owner but the personal care they show for their customers was outstanding.( they were consistent at other tables)
The food was incredible, I personally had the pesto pizza and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We all agreed it was a way better meal than our dinner at Sunnyside. (sorry).
If you are in Tahoe City definitely check them out, we absolutely will be back again! Thank you for the awesome food and service and the care you take with all of your customers.

Some really great food. Came with a large party and we closed the place down. Staff was really cool and good.

The overall food and impression that I got from the restaurant was a country-side home. The  food was  pretty  good but the  service was absolutely impeccable. The appetizers were extremely tasty. The dishes we ordered were the smoked chicken calzone, the jalapeno poppers, the short ribs, the lamb lollipops, and the clam Linguini. The food was a bit on the salty side especially the clam Linguini. However, our waiter looked into it for us and got us a discount due to our dissatisfaction. For dessert, we ordered doughnut pillows and they were very sweet but tasty

AMAZING food! really fresh and well planned. service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. wonderful dinner spot!!! hats off to the chef 👨‍🍳 the pizza was superb and I'm still salivating over the lamb lollipops!
