I placed my order using the app. The app said it would be a 105 minutes before the food could be delivered. After waiting for 2 hours I called the shop they told me they didn't have a delivery driver and didn't even make my food yet. She told me if I wanted to pick it up she would start cooking at now. Why would they not have called me to tell me that sooner? Then I told her to cancel the order she told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days for me to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Pizza this store they can make; delivery they can't . Ordered pizza 2 hrs ahead of delivery time. Now, 10 minutes late I called - was told delivery had just left (location is 2 minutes away) 12 minutes later called again and was told same thing. ( delivery is to a large building with a sign out front that's been there for 40 years) 13 minutes later was told the same thing.  10 minutes later got hold of manager who said driver came to the location ( Google) but location was just in the middle of the street .  This statement is incredible!!  Even numbered Addresses in this area are on the North  side of the street as is the large building with the sign out in front 
Finally pizzas arrived 45 minutes late.  Not exactly good service.

Odered a pizza today pineapple bacon and chicken pick my pizza up get home open it no pineapples and they put garlic on my crust i said no garlic i call them up they  say bring the pizza up there very rude on the phone horriable customer service ran by young teenagers

look I don’t know what I did to these people but all I did was order my food. I ordered and the pizza never came so I called for a refund or a replacement pizza 4 days in a row and got nothing . Today I ordered a pizza because a manager called me and said I would get $25 store credit on my account a a free pizza. They didn’t bring the pizza once more I called and I was offered more credit and free pizza and it still never came. Maybe the location doesn’t like me as a customer or something but this dominos is really mean to me for reasons I don’t understand . I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This is bad horrible delivery time, my one pizza took 3 HOURS!!! They need serious retraining of the employee. I got my pizza cold and I’m sure it was spat in
