The restaurant made my mother's food incorrectly. She called and was courteous, seeing as how she works for a nearby school and they order almost every day. They refused to put a manager on the phone until they realized she wasn't hanging up. The manager, Mr. Cooper, raised his voice to her over the phone and hung up on her mid-sentence. Overall the customer service was poor, and they've now lost a large group of regular customers over this experience. 

I will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint, and I hope the customer service improves going forward.

Staff is plesent and  the food is prepared quickly and always tastes good!

Great location and very friendly staff. I come here every so often. Almost everyone working there knows my order and my sandwich is ready by the time a get the recept. The owner is a great guy.
