brought food from here several times. Each time, I enjoyed my food.. On tonight the food was not good. The person that took my order, gave false information out and charge me more for the meal. I didn't notice it until I got home. The lady on the phone said she gave me a receipt before I paid. I informed her that was not true. She gave me a total and said after I pay, I will receive a receipt.  After speaking to this lady on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was it.  The manager had an attitude and was very sarcastic. Told me if i couldnt pay for the meal, I should have said something. I felt like that was rude and clearly she not trying to work with her customers nor does she have good customer service.. I believe the manager said her name was Erin or Aaron. Not sure which way she spell her name. This company strives for the greatest consumer experience and that was not shown on tomight. I would not eat here again.

The pizza is very thick for a thin crust pizza and has no flavor. Customer service was terrible. Will never order from this pizza place again.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, do not go here worst customer service (ROSATI'S IN CREST HILL). I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP WHICH TOOK 40 MINUTES  ,ONCE I GOT THERE THE  THE LADY UP FRONT  TOLD ME THAT THEY SHE GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEBODY ELSE . SHE WAS CLEARLY HIGH ON DRUGS ,SHE WAS BITING HER TONGUE THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS TALKING TO ME AND WAS JUST TALKING CRAZY. TOO MAKE THINGS WORSE SHE WASNT THE ONLY ONE HIGH ON DRUGS THE GUYS IN THE BACK WHERE ON SOMETHING TOO. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else.
