Horrible; totally disorganized. Their monitor said, for my order as I came in, "Pizza ready now" next to my name. As newer names came onto the board & were carried out but mine still had not--it became obvious something was wrong. I asked and was assured "This box is for yours; it will be out soon. Much later my pizza still was not out; someone else (thank goodness) checked AND MY PIZZA HAD NOT EVEN BEEN MADE (much less been put into the oven). In short: if you want to wait an hour for your pizza and deal with persons who are totally disorganized--> this Domino's is for you.

Their pizzas are always fresh, they get their pizza delivered fast, I'm always happy with their service !

The pizza came warm which was still o.k. and flavor was good, just disappointed I missed the type of slices from square or pie which is mainly how the options show on the app and covered by the keyboard. Think I was spoiled by slightly more cheese and steak on the thin crust, but the crispy crust I like better from Dominoes vs. the other guys. I haven't found the 5 star pizza yet.

If i could give zero stars i would. We placed an order, one hour forty-five minutes later we called to see how long it would be. I understand its a busy night. The guy who answers the phone after 5 attempts finally put my phone number in correctly then states we are busy you just have to wait.. no im sorry for the wait.. no apologize for running behind, just you have to wait, bye and hang up on me. The driver has no apologies, after i complained he says we are busy and stands there waiting on a tip. A simple im sorry would have changed everything so heres your tip dominos...treat your customers with respect and you wont loose them like you just lost me and my sphere of influence.
