Story

Seabrook Waffle Company is a locally owned community cafe and venue where people can enjoy authentic Belgian Liege Waffles while taking in the works of local artists and enjoying live music from local singer song writers. The goal of SWC is to provide the community with a place to showcase their talents and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

Love love love this place. They put a great twist on waffles that is unmatched anywhere in Houston. I like the sweet and savory combinations. Take a look at their menu for some examples. I haven't had a combination that I didn't like. For those wanting just sweet, they have that too. The atmosphere is great and there is plenty of outdoor seating with a few seating options inside. It is a great spot to stop with friends and enjoy a bite to eat and enjoy a conversation outside.

Almost like a hole in the wall sort of place I've come here 4 times now and the service is great. The area is right behind a Dairy Queen and offers a variety of flavors such as banana, blueberry, or a custom one of your choosing. They often have a special waffle that they serve at certain times that can be items such as cheesecake, tiramisu, or blueberry pie. The waffles are liege waffles which are a type of sweet waffles and are paired with ice cream and a flavor of some sort. If you want to take it to go they individually wrap all the parts and put them in a plastic container so it doesn't get soggy on the way. All in all, a great place to go. Plus, the coffee is good.

This place has quite the unique waffle eating experience. I love the food but I feel that the prices are high. If you got about 20% more waffle or about 20% less cost, it would be on point. Regardless, the food is delicious. Service is good. They will happily explain things to you and answer any questions you have. Very informative. They have always brought out the orders as placed, no problems there. They have abundant shaded outside seating which is great. Facilities are not 5 star or even close, it's an old house ruggedly converted to a business. Bathroom is dinky. Can't recall how clean or dirty it was.

Worth every dime. Great service, great food... What else do you need? Loved my visit and will return soon.

Oh God I love this place. The waffles are amazing and my daughter loves it too. I love my waffle with banana ice cream. It's the best
