I went today on my way to pick my niece up from school and I pulled up to the drive thru menu to order, barley got my window down before I heard a man on the speaker tell me “you need to order or you need to leave”. I had literally just pulled up 2 seconds prior to rolling my window down. Nobody was in line other than someone waiting at the window. I said “excuse me?!” And he said “you heard me. Either order or pull up to the window or leave” and I said “I literally just got here like 10 seconds ago” And he said “no you didn’t. My alarm has been going off saying someone was here for over a minute now” I said “that’s an issue with your system. I just got here” and he said “no you didn’t but the same thing applies. Order or leave” and I said “I’d like to talk to a manager because I don’t appreciate being talked to like this” and he said “I am the manager” so I said “you just messed up.” Then I drove around, parked in the front of the building and went inside. When I got there, there were a couple customers in the building, he had his back to the door and was mocking me to his coworkers repeating what I had said and telling them “no you were there longer than a minute”. He didn’t realize I had walked inside. I asked him for his name. Clarence Williams III is the name he provided me. 
I will never give this store my business, money or time again. I have never been disrespected like this by someone at a fast food restaurant in my life. If I could give this place no stars, I would. 
I have put a complain in through the jack in the box website and I am waiting to speak with someone. Everytime I try to call the number provided, it says they’re not accepting calls at this time. If anyone has any suggestions on another way to handle the situation, please let me know.

Went on a whim late in the evening craving a cheese burger. I would have rather ate cardboard and mud patties. Curly fries were ok and worth the one star but dry meat, tasteless, no pride in food quality garbage burger.  It came out better than it went in, to say the least. Thanks for reminding me why I stay away from careless chains, none the less fast food.  Feel free to keep on driving past this place.

With this Jack in the box the only problem is that you have know who's working and what time they are. There are certain employee here that don't really try to work hard even managers... I recommend going in the morning, on weekdays, and anytime before 2pm. the morning crew have a great shift leader and they set the standard of good service at this Jack in the box. Thank you Patty for you commitment to having great customer service! 😋

Worst service ever in the evening, cashier wearing sunglasses is not very respectful abd have a hard time doing eye contact. It's more like slow-food restaurant than fast. I'm glad I'm just here on vacation, because the ones in Dallas are good workers and give out great service.
