I visited store 323 & paid $75.74 for a family meal that included a 3 piece chicken tender. While there I noticed the manager was having an argument over the phone with a customer. After about 20 min wait I received my paper bag and it was sealer with the green sticker . I felt confident that my order was complete. When I arrived home I noticed that the tender was missing. I called the store, spoke to cashier & he instructed me to return & they would take care of me. I sent my oldest daughter to the store while I stayed behind & fed my family. When my daughter arrived they refused to give her the order or refund her money. They explained they needed the bag with food in order to give the tenders. I proceeded to call the store, the cashier refused to give me his name. I explained that it makes zero sense to turn back around with food to show them the bag and then come home and eat cold wings. I asked to speak to his manager & he stated she would tell me the same thing. The mgr gets on the ph & tells me she will not give me any food or give me money back. I explained that it is absurd to turn back around w/ my food when I was already at home just to show them what was in bag. She was rolling her eyes according to my daughter while talking to me, was very rude & hung up on me. They both refused to provide names. I called again and the cashier said he didn’t know his managers name, that her first name was MISS and her last name was T. His name is Jackson and he was shocked I knew his name. I feel discriminated against and will never return to this store. They play with peoples money. My toddler was left without dinner. I didn’t ask for a refund, all I wanted was my 3 piece tender. BUYER BE WARE, they DISCRIMINATE against HISPANICS. I have reached out to corporate and will be waiting on a call back.
I had no problem at this store. The wings were good the french fries hot and they had some great spice on them. The young man working the cash register was very nice. Received my order in a fair amount of time so all seemed good plus the place looked very clean. I will say that I have been to other wing stops that the service was not so good, so this was nice to see.
Very unprofessional location. Everytime I try and order online, card denied. Does it for this location only. When I look the transaction up on my banks site, shows it went through, but then immediately refunded. Which means it's the location that's doing it. Also, seems like a lot of the reviews that are praising the manager "of color" are friends/family. Don't trust those reviews. This location has been going downhill for a long time, and is not getting any better, only worse.
I love this place every since they got some color in there. The new Manager she’s super sweets even though she gets hassled by customers for charging for the sauce. They want it for free she doesn’t play with them an she demands her respect. I Love her hope she stays around. She will even help take the food to your car if you order is huge. You can’t teach this kind of customer service. Finally someone who cares.
Order was ready right on time and they didn't forget anything. The only thing was, for 20 wings, they like half-sauced them. It's like they put them in the container, poured a little bit of sauce on them and then sent them on their way. Kicker is, they gave us two sides of sauce on the side, so we had to sauce them ourselves. For the other 10 wings we ordered, they were done correctly. Weird. FYI, this location is closing at the end of September 2022 and the sign on the door states that they are moving to a location off Cypress North Houston so for those of us in this area, we'll have to use the one at Spring Cypress and Grant, which has meh reviews.
I’ve been eating wingstop since 2013 in Los Angeles so I know what the wings supposed to look like and these are dry. Hickory BBQ is supposed to be all over them. The manager said he was training a new worker. My thing is why aren’t you watching what he’s making and letting it go out? Nobody was in there when I walked in to pickup my order. He didn’t offer a fresh one made right. Won’t be going again I’ll wait till I visit LA to get my wings. Cypress has a lot of issues when it comes to good food in general but this should be easy you only make wings! Save your money!
I usually check my orders but today I didn't got home me and my husband fries were burnt I mean black burnt I took a bite and it tasted burnt I don't understand why would they serve it knowing it was burnt that speaks volumes on the business and makes it look bad what a waist of money the wings were hard as well it deserves no stars. Poor business.
Picking up an order and they still aren't allowing dine in. Couldn't even use the restroom while I waited. No thanks. Update: Decided to give them another try because generally I love WingStop. Still not doing dine in. I ordered a drink while I waited and they had to make the selection since they blocked off that area. Drink had a bad aftertaste. Just not a pleasant experience. So sad because this is the closest one to my house. WingStop is a good company. Whoever owns this franchise needs to be fired.
I've been to this location many times in the past, and it had been slowly deteriorating. Service, quality and wait times were barely respectable, to say the least. BUT.....this time was different. This time, it appeared to have a whole new staff. I was immediately greeted when I entered, which was a nice touch. All three registers were being manned and telephones ringing non stop. But the ordering process still took place quickly and organized. Definitely different than past visits. Off to a great start. Next was the food. In the past, I had always waited in excess of 45 minutes. This time even when very busy, the food came out in less than 20. It was perfectly cooked and nothing was forgotten. Impressive. As I ate, I continued to watch the crew. They flawlessly ran everything like a well trained team. Glad to see that changes for the better have definitely been set in motion. And happy to say that I will return more frequently, based on this most recent experience. Great job! Photos attached
I always get great service!a few times that I didn’t get ranch or my wings a little too dry with no sauce makes me out 4 stars. I can get past those things because of the good people there.
